Hi, I’m Ella—a creative producer obsessed with bringing big, soulful, and just a little bit magical ideas to life.
My career hasn't been a straight line, and that's my greatest strength. I started as an entrepreneurial filmmaker in Los Angeles, CA, building a production company from the ground up, crowdfunding an award-winning short film, and learning how to make magic with grit and a lot of heart. That experience forged my "founder's mindset"—a deep-seated love for owning a project from the spark of an idea to the final, emotional impact on an audience.
I then took that scrappy, story-first ethos and applied it on a global scale, leading complex, multi-million dollar campaigns for world-class brands like Nike and Google. It's where I honed my "producer's intelligence"—the ability to act as a strategic "systems debugger," navigating immense complexity and leading teams with grace under pressure to deliver work of the highest caliber.
At the end of the day, whether I’m working with a global superstar or an emerging artist, my approach is the same: How do we bring this idea to life in the most meaningful way possible? I believe in collaboration, in creative problem-solving, and in the power of a story to make an audience feel seen and inspired.
I’m currently based in Portland, OR with my family, and still watching movies like I did as a kid—wide-eyed and ready to be amazed.
